Moving Office - Conventional Office Space

The leasing of office space directly from the landlord or by way of an assignment or sub-lease from an existing tenant, typically on a longer term lease 3-10 years.

Often, conventional space is let in open plan with now fitting out and wiring for you to arrange. Whilst some accommodation is already fitted out it is usual for you to have to arrange your own space planning, fit out, I.T. and telephone systems and furniture. You are also typically liable for your own cleaning, utility bills and a service charge is normally levied to cover a proportion of building running costs.

Conventional office space is lease on a price per square foot per annum with an additional liability for the payment of business rates.
